Day 250 - Can anyone recommend a good Physiotherapist in Yorkshire...? Required 687500, Achieved 690194

And so another story for the September challenge, about the only good thing that can be said of today, woke up this morning with enough pain on my left leg to have trouble walking on it.  Back into bed, pain free, up, painful to the point of fail, down, no pain, up, pain...

It seems that the sciatica may have caught up with me again, and no combination of dangerous sized Ibuprofen and Voltarol/Deep Heat/Deep Heat Pads/Burn your skin off hot baths are making the difference.  Can presently walk about twenty feet before hopping and cursing ensue, and the worst thing of this? My physio just went on holiday, leaving me with the tender care of the NHS tomorrow, unless anyone can recommend a tried and tested person in the Yorkshire area.

Either way, never let anyone tell you that all day laid up is a good way to spend the day, it is not, and in the quiet words of Daniel Day Lewis, there will be blood...

Or painkillers, Blood or painkillers, feck it, blood and painkillers, I will catch the pain and there strangle it till it dies...

It’s possible I may be out there with the medication...

This is John Dodd, wishing that walking was an option but grateful for all the upper body strength so he can swing around the house like tarzan (or indeed just one of the apes...), and Goodnight England, Wherever you are...
