We did go walking last week, but between two birthdays and a ton of overtime, I haven't been able to post, so last week, we went another way along the Dearne valley path and we found a few things...

Stairs are everywhere, no matter how much you try and avoid them...

Sometimes bridges lead no where

Sometimes people overbuild the bridges you need to get across streams...

And it's like something out of Lord of the Rings...

Gate on the left for Me, Gate on the right for Lee...

Paths are built everywhere, and you aim for bridges when you're walking them...

Because Bridges are awesome...

It doesn't look that steep from here...

And bridges always look better from the top

And it gives you that sense of perspective when you get to the top of them.

But this week, we found that we had to travel further afield, and that's coming tomorrow...
